There's a lot to like at this barn-like restaurant just off Sorano's main piazza. The menu is dominated by home-style Maremmese dishes (expect lots of meat), the pasta is handmade by nonna, and the waiters are incredibly friendly. There's even a well-priced set menu of two courses, contorno (side dish) and a coffee for €20. Avoid the house wine.
