Set on an organic multicrop farm, it offers individually designed bedrooms in a carefully renovated 17th-century customs house, one luxury glamping tent and a wonderfully tranquil garden environment in which to de-stress and relax. Almost everything here is organic, from the bedding and the toiletries (made with extra-virgin olive oil) to the gourmet breakfast buffet. There's also a tiny bio-pool, a yoga pavilion (bi-weekly classes May to September) and two al fresco hot tubs.
