Massimo Delli, the owner of this tiny wine bar on the street leading up to the rocca, will enthusiastically suggest local wines to try (consider ordering Montenidoli's Fiore or Rubicini's Etherea – both excellent Vernaccias). A glass costs between €3.50 and €25, and Massimo also stocks a good range of local salami and cheese (taglieri €20).
