Offering a seasonally driven menu and boasting (of course) a wonderful wine list, this bistro in the Chianti complex seats diners in the former kitchen and cloisters of an 18th-century convent, as well as in a downstairs enoteca with a terrace overlooking an adjoining vineyard. Try the signature pici del convento (pasta with confit tomato, almonds, olives and herbs).
Those visitors who want to limit themselves to a light repast can enjoy an excellent tagliere (selection of cheeses, pickled vegetables and cured meats) with a glass of wine (€5 to €8).
