Villa Ombrosa

Elba

One of the few hotels in the town centre and open year-round, three-star Ombrosa looks out to sea and the pinprick islet of Lo Scoglietto. Decor is a jumble of styles, but summer rates include a lounger and umbrella on Ghiaie Beach across the street. Rooms with sea views tout pocket-sized balconies. Between mid-June and August it's half- or full-board only.
