Staff shuck fresh oysters and prepare platters of raw seafood treats at a counter in the middle of this hugely popular osteria, taking care of the starters while the chefs whip up hand-made pasta dishes (pistachio- and ricotta-stuffed ravioli anyone?) and fishy mains in the rear kitchen. Sadly, the food isn't quite as mesmerising as the tip-top service, surrounds and wine list.
