The Swiss owners of this 46-hectare estate, 5km outside of town, have built an ecologically sustainable farm operation where they cultivate grapes and olives and host guests in 11 small and simple guest rooms. Facilities include a communal lounge and a terrace. Meals featuring home-grown and local produce can be arranged (fully vegetarian on request). No credit cards and no wi-fi.
