Conservatorio di Musica Giuseppe Verdi

Milan

Housed in a former Lateran convent, Milan’s most prestigious musical conservatory and high school has nurtured some of the country’s best conductors and musicians. Although named after the great composer Giuseppe Verdi, he himself was rejected from the school. Now chamber music events and symphonic concerts are held in two halls, the Sala Puccini and Sala Verdi.
