Carlo e Camilla in Segheria

Milan

A 1930s sawmill has been repurposed to grand effect. With chandeliers and shimmering light, it creates a theatrical ambience for modern Italian cuisine by Michelin-star chef Carlo Cracco. The dishes are as enjoyable to look at as they are to eat, although portions do err on the small side. It’s a more affordable and less stuffy alternative to sibling restaurant Cracco.
