Iginio Massari

Duomo & San Babila

Iginio Massari has topped pretty much every pastry guide, is a winner of Venice’s Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement and is a master of northern Italy’s two signature desserts: Verona’s pandoro and Milan’s panettone. Crowds mobbed the opening of his new Milanese pasticceria in 2018 to secure one of his famous bignes (cream puffs) filled with Chantilly cream and chocolate.
