With its wacky moulded orange counter, bubble lights and low-slung '70s seats, this bar dedicated to the classic Aperol spritz (a cocktail made with prosecco) channels a strong Austin Powers vibe. Frequented largely by tourists, it has a novelty appeal with the added boon of its sunny terrace, which gets you nice and close to the Duomo's spires.
