Osteria Il Moro

Trapani

The upmarket dining choice, Il Moro ('The Dark') is actually a light and soothing, all-cream space with elegant white tablecloths, vases of fresh flowers on each table and designer white-leather chairs. Chef Nicola Bandi mixes Trapenese classics with the catch of the day and creative dishes such as barbecued octopus with creamy onion potato, or stewed artichoke with anchovies on faux charcoal.

Refined tasting menus are very much focused on local cuisine.
