A Fuoco Lento

Top choice in Tyrrhenian Coast

At this intimate stone-walled gem of a restaurant in Cipampini, 10km below Petralia Soprana, chef-owners Diego and Patrizia seat only 30 people each evening for multicourse dinners that celebrate unique regional flavours: wood-fired bread with pecorino cheese and homemade rose jam, locally foraged herbs and flowers, artisanal cold cuts, ricotta-mint frittatas, Madonie pork with apples and ginger, local wine and more.

Guests are encouraged to linger and talk, or take a turn on the piano tucked into the corner of the dining room.
