Ristorante Ferro

Palermo

All clean lines, timber panels and tinted mirrors, intimate, family-run Ferro wouldn't look out of place in London or Sydney. Whether you're savouring a soup of squid and mussels, earthy ravioli stuffed with porcini mushrooms, or a flawless steak, the food here is superb in its simplicity, favouring prime produce cooked beautifully and without fuss. Alas, wines by the glass are limited.

Alfresco dining is available in summer.
