Le Angeliche

An oasis of potted plants and pastel hues, Le Angeliche is run by four women passionate about honouring and refreshing Sicily's rich, sometime obscure culinary traditions. Scan the menu and you might find a soup of cannellini beans, endive, chestnuts and pasta, or perhaps cassatella di Montevago – fried, ravioli-like pastries filled with sweetened sheep's milk ricotta, honey and lemon zest.
