Slow Food and organic ingredients are harnessed for some of Sicily's best arancini (stuffed deep-fried rice ball). Flavours often showcase what is seasonally available, but could include rice flavoured with porcini mushrooms or mortadella ham partnered with pistachios. Excellent pizza by the slice is also available, and the attached store sells interesting gourmet products from around the island, including craft Sicilian gin.
