Svelte, convivial, urbane Rix takes its cocktails seriously. Each is made with passion and precision, from punchy Aviations to a very local Etna Kir (spumante Brut rosé, Etna cherry-liqueur, hazelnut crust). The bar harbours some lesser-known local craft spirits, and almost half of the wines are natural. Food options are seasonal and top notch, with some especially memorable desserts.
