The wines by the glass might be average, but this corner institution is a fabulous spot to while away an hour or two, with tables invitingly spread out across the tree-shaded flagstones of a backstreet square. The bar gets packed from aperitivo time onward, and there's a blackboard of decent meals (from €7), from earthy soups and pasta to meat and seafood.
