Black, green, white, oolong, sheng puerh or herbal, your brew is poured the traditional way, at tables inspired by the chapan, a traditional Chinese tea tray. Made-from-scratch food offerings complement the teas, from ginger-spiced biscotti and mandarin meringues to creative mains showcasing artisan ingredients.
