Tucked back off the road, Otello offers summertime dining in the beautiful vine-covered courtyard of an 18th-century palazzo. Cuisine is traditional Roman, with all the pasta classics like carbonara and ceci e pepe (cheese and pepper) on the menu. Sadly, service can be both brusque and inept.
