I Caruso

Tridente, Trevi & the Quirinale

The gelato-licking hordes outside make this artisanal gelateria easy to spot. It only does a few strictly seasonal flavours, but they're created to perfection – try the incredibly creamy pistachio. It also offers two types of panna: the usual whipped cream or the verging-on-sublime zabaglione (egg and marsala custard) combined with whipped cream.
