Colline Emiliane

Top choice in Tridente, Trevi & the Quirinale

Serving sensational regional cuisine from Emilia-Romagna, this restaurant has been operated by the Latini family since 1931. Our three recommendations when eating here: start with the antipasti della casa (€26 for two persons) and progress to pasta. Seasonal delights include white truffles in winter and fresh porcini mushrooms in spring, but the menu is delectable whatever the season.
