Hidden away a short walk from the top of the Spanish Steps towards the Pincio Hill Gardens, this cafe has a vintage garden-party vibe, with green wooden latticework and orange trees framing its white-clothed tables. There are lovely views over the backstreets behind Spagna, and the gelato – particularly the tartufo al cioccolato (chocolate truffle) – is renowned. Serves food too.
