Proud possessor of a two-Michelin-star ranking, Il Pagliaccio is Italian fine dining at its best. Chef Anthony Genovese – who was born in France to Italian parents and honed his craft in Asia – draws vivid inspiration from his eclectic background, creating memorable dishes in the process. Diners can order à la carte or opt for a tasting menu: a three-course option at lunchtime and eight- or 10-course menus at dinner.
