Achilli al D.O.M

Centro Storico

This restaurant is the impish sibling of Michelin-starred Enoteca al Parlamento Achilli, both overseen by chef Massimo Viglietti. Expect playful dishes such as fettuccine with hare and apple ragù, and risotto with shrimp, bottarga (mullet roe), orange and gin. The kitchen also pairs starters with cocktails instead of wine, often serving them in quirky vessels such as a smashed amphora.

In the warmer months, diners have the option of eating outdoors on the restaurant's rooftop terrace.
