Paraponzipò

San Giovanni & Testaccio

Paraponzipò proves that the best thing since sliced bread is superb Italian salumi and cheese packed between said bread. An impressive selection of cold cuts such as mortadella, porchetta and bresaola stands alongside piled-high fish and vegetarian options – everything from sun-dried tomatoes and pecorino to truffle cream. Seating is sparse – grab your panino to take away.
