La Villetta

San Giovanni & Testaccio

This mellow Testaccio trattoria has won over locals since 1940 with its excellent cucina romana (Roman cuisine) and generous meat and cheese boards. Despite (or perhaps because of) its down-to-earth charm, La Villetta is a favourite of countless Italian celebrities, including legendary footballer Francesco Totti, who dined here after his final game for AS Roma.
