On the Barbaresco hills overlooking the village, the name Donna Selvatica honours the local grappa producer Romano Levi for whom the 'wild woman' was a symbol. This is an upmarket but still pleasantly rustic dining room with a lovely terrace from which to enjoy the view in summer. Dishes are carefully prepared using top-quality ingredients like Fassone beef, 36-month-aged Parmigiano Reggiano and truffles.
On Sundays, bookings are only accepted for the first sitting from noon to 1pm.
