This unpretentious trattoria near Villa d'Este lures in strolling visitors as they wander in to Tivoli's historic centre. There are pizzas but the speciality of the house is its old-school regional staples such as tonnarelli cacio e pepe (thick square-shaped spaghetti seasoned with pecorino cheese and black pepper).
