Villa Gruber

La Costiera Triestina

This period seaside villa was the summer home of a family of Triestini writers and intellectuals who retreated here right up until the year 2000 to enjoy Duino’s lovely laid-back vibe. There are eight rooms with balconies overlooking the sea, still filled with the family's furniture and objets d’art. There’s also a well-tended garden with loungers and a terrace where breakfast is served in style.
