Tortello alla lastra (wheat-flour pastry with topping), a traditional pizza-like snack from the Casentino, is the speciality of this ingenious little street-food stop, across from the river near San Niccolò. Tortelli come with a variety of toppings – burrata cheese and courgette perhaps, or squid, kale and peas – and are cooked up to go or eat in situ around a handful of tables.
