A little slice of local history, Canossa upholds the proud reggiano culinary tradition known as the carrello dei bolliti, a steaming cart filled with main courses that's rolled out to your table (€16). It also serves Emilian pasta classics such as cappelletti in brodo (meat-filled pasta in broth), tortelli verdi and tortelli di zucca (pasta pockets filled with ricotta and pumpkin, respectively).
