Situated 4km up the hill from Ein Hod in Ayn Hawd, this family-run restaurant serves authentic Arab cuisine. Set meals include a huge variety of salads, soups, stuffed chicken, slow-roasted lamb, homemade breads and spiced okra, all flavoured with herbs plucked from the slopes of Mt Carmel. There's no menu; it's all at the chef's discretion – though they will cater for vegetarians.
