This feel-good beer hall with an industrial feel is a portside favourite. Top of the drinks menu are the homemade brews: weiss beer, bitter, double pils, smoked stout and strong ale. Owner Leonid Lipkin uses his own recipes to make nonfiltered, nonpasteurised beers, and also hosts occasional guest brews such as Palestinian Christmas ale.
Libira is also suited to a blow-out feast, offering hearty Central European fillers like schnitzels and smoked goose breast, as well as mainstays like burgers (mains 28NIS to 90NIS).
