No-frills but very friendly, the Loui's 19 rooms are pleasant and practical, each with a kitchenette. The hotel has the feel of a creaky old joint that has been refurbed repeatedly (since 1948, in fact). But these are minor complaints considering the bend-over-backward service and superb terrace area, where you can settle into a wicker chair and gaze out to sea.
