A wave of aromas hits as you walk through the door of this stylish restaurant, artfully run by Shteryo Yurukov and Eva Ivanova. Foraged, wild and local ingredients are the mainstays, as are innovative flavour combinations – crab claws with wild garlic, a bitter coastline salad and free-range chicken with wild mushroom sauce.
There's an early-evening menu (two/three courses €22/26) and the vast majority of dishes are coeliac friendly.
