In its chic new Strand Rd premises, Primrose has expanded beyond home baking and brunches. Owners Ciaran (a butcher) and Melanie (a baker) Breslin have designed a sophisticated lunch and dinner bistro menu using mostly local ingredients; look out for cider-battered Donegal haddock and house butchery beef burger, plus brunch items, scones, cakes and desserts, all made fresh daily.
