Set in the splendid manor house of Belleek Castle, the Library serves up elegant, acclaimed modern Irish cuisine that showcases local meat, fish and game. It also delivers a sumptuous afternoon tea (per person €34) and a great-value three-course early-evening menu (€34), between 5.30pm and 6.30pm.
