The most atmospheric of several teahouses in the popular hillside park at Tehran’s northern edge is based in a cabin with stained-glass windows that's built into the rocks. Outdoor tables boast amazing views. The kababs, ash-e reshte (pasta and herb soup) and dizi (lamb, potato and chickpea stew) are fair value.
