Kerman Pars Hotel

Southeastern Iran

Tour groups typically end up at this 197-room behemoth at a motorway junction nearly 10km west of Kerman's centre. East-facing rooms survey distant mountains and copper-lion fountains guarding the coffeeshop add some character but the slight art deco touches to some furniture can't really disguise otherwise pretty generic 1990s business-style rooms. The swimming pool is under reconstruction.
