Hotel Ghaem

Southeastern Iran

In a bland, new, grey-white stone building set back from Imam Khomeini Sq, the Ghaem's location is excellent and rooms are good value: unfussy but comfortable enough, with wi-fi and en suite bathrooms, plus settees in better versions. Toilets are sit-down style in two of the suites.

Breakfast costs extra in peak season, but it's included when things are quiet.
