Part of the wonderful Quest Academy water-sports centre, these four fan-cooled, beach-chic concrete huts with thatched roofs and open-air bathrooms huddle just inland from bleach-blond sands, on the mainland 18km west of Pamban Island. Rainwater is harvested, power is solar, doors are recycled and palm fences use on-site materials. The open kitchen dishes out communal meals (₹450 to ₹550).
