Run by the Urmul Trust, a local NGO supported by Urmul Dairy (whose office is next door), Abhivyakti sells blankets, bags, shirts and cushion-covers produced by skilled village artisans. The Urmul Trust, founded in 1986, promotes women’s rights and funds girls’ colleges and an eye hospital for desert people.
Abhivyakti pays no commission to touts or drivers, so don’t be dissuaded by them if you want to go here. The shop is 2km northeast of Junagarh.
