This superb hotel has been developed out of the beautiful Rampuria Haveli – a gem in the old city, 300m southwest of the City Kotwali police station. It has 26 spacious and delightfully decorated rooms, featuring stencil-painted wallpaper, marble or mosaic floors and antique furnishings. Comfortable common rooms drip with antiques and are arranged around a large courtyard.

The haveli (traditional, ornately decorated residence) was completed in 1927 for Seth Bhanwarlal Rampuria, heir to a textile and real-estate fortune. In the entrance gate is a stunning blue 1927 Buick.
