Blue Tokai

Mumbai (Bombay)

Coffee's Third Wave has finally arrived in India. This speciality coffeehouse, one of four Mumbai locations, roasts its 100% Indian, traceable single-estate Arabica beans from farms like Vethilaikodaikanal (Tamil Nadu) and Thogarihunkal (Karnataka). It then brews them into espresso (from ₹100), cortados and flat whites (on the hot side) and pourovers and nitro (on the cold side). Coffee connoisseurs unite!

Its location at Laxmi Woollen Mill is good for adjacent hip homewares shopping.
