Foodies in the know often tout this modern bistro on Pune's upscale west side as the city's best place to eat. Sydney-trained chef Siddarth Mahadik keeps it real – nothing flashy, nothing fake is his mantra – and his wholesome fusions creations are well executed, artfully presented and taste great. Worth a trip.
Tremendous soups (eg carrot and sweet potato with spicy oats and jalapeños), hearty mains (roast chicken au jus) and a wealth of creative pastas, risottos and 'meaty muffins' make up the bulk of the menu. Desserts are divine and there's proper tea service. Hardwood picnic-style seating keeps things casual in the industrial-hip space.
