Hotel Iceland

Top choice in Himachal Pradesh

Owned by urbane, local ski fanatics (including an Olympic hopeful for 2022), Iceland is Solang’s best hotel, with good pine-clad rooms, summer lawns and a great view deck plus a whole raft of adventure ideas for all seasons.

Ski and snowboard equipment rental (₹750 per day) and instruction is available when the snows come. Room prices are mainly dependent on view but even the cheapest in the older block are very well kept, and the non-view side is actually sunnier. New-block room rates include heater (₹500 extra in the old block).
