Darbar Samosa Center

Ahmedabad (Amdavad)

The best known of several samosa shops on Gheekanta Rd, this family-run, hole-in-the-wall place has been producing Ahmedabad's tastiest samosas for around 60 years. It specialises in navtad ni samosa – small vegetable samosas stuffed with pulses, potato or peas and served with a sweet-and-sour wood-apple sauce with chilli and jaggery or a spicy chickpea gravy.
