Brúnastaðir

Top choice in Tröllaskagi

Brúnastaðir is run by a big friendly family, for big families (or groups). Two fully equipped three-bedroom cottages each sleep 10 people). Views are stupendous, and there's a flower-filled garden, access to kayaks and boats, and loads of animals – kids will love it. Price excludes linen (2000kr per person).

The farm's petting zoo is open to passers-by from 10am to 6pm daily in summer, for a small fee. It's on Rte 76, 22km from Siglufjörður.
