Eldstó Art Café

Top choice in The South

Eldstó serves fresh-brewed coffee, homemade daily specials (such as traditional Icelandic flatbread with smoked lamb, and hot chocolate, for 1350kr) and main courses like slowly roasted lamb shank or oven-baked salmon. Burgers and salads are on the menu too, plus triple-stacked homemade cakes. There are several tables in the cosy, welcoming space.

The friendly owners are ceramicists with a small on-site gallery. Simple accommodation is available upstairs (doubles from 17,500kr, optional breakfast 1700kr).
